Cases

Several examples of management responsibilities in organisation are described below.

1. BenN designed data and telephony services including service levels and pricing for an organisation with 30,000 users in the Netherlands. Internal customers can therefore e.g. use a new IP telephony environment and they will know immediately what the conditions and the costs are per user;

2. Service Delivery Management: for an organisation with 20,000 users, BenN manages the telecom contracts with regard to service levels and market conformity. BenN makes sure that the environments are carried out according to the contract and adjusts the work. BenN implements improvements timely and saves on the costs;

3. Design and implementation of management environments: BenN is implementing the daily management for an organisation of 12,000 users. From designing the processes and procedures to their implementation.

4. BenN manages the telephony infrastructure for several organisations on a daily basis .
